Q: Passwords and Access Control
Each employee is responsible for keeping their own password to secure, and must ensure it is neither disclosed to nor used by anyone else, under any circumstances. Employees must only access systems using their own login and password to keep client data safe and secured.

Information security is discussed at recruitment stage for all People employees, and a confidentiality clause included in contracts of employment.
Q: Risk Analysis and Computer Operations
In order to make the best use of resources, it is important to ensure that each Information System is secured to a level appropriate to the measure of risk associated with it. A risk assessment is carried out regularly by the IT Department for the internal information systems and measures put in place to ensure each system is secured to an appropriate level.
Responsibilities and procedures for the management and operation of all computers and networks are established, documented and supported by appropriate operating instructions.
Procedures include: Back-up, media control, event logging, monitoring, protection from theft and damage, unauthorised access and capacity planning.

Purpose
The purpose of Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy (the Policy) is to disclose Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption policies contained in the Code of Business Ethics of People & Co. (“People”).
Scope
Anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy covers:
1) All People employees including the Senior Managers
2) Companies from which we outsource good and services and their employees, people and subcontractors working on behalf of
Definitions
Corruption is the misuse of the authority held due to the position for the purpose of gaining advantage directly or indirectly.
Bribery is a person’s gaining advantage or providing advantages to others within the framework of an agreement reached with a third person so that such person acts in breach of the requirements of his/her duty by doing or not doing a work, speeding up or slowing down thereof, etc.
Bribery and corruption may occur in various different ways, among these:
– Cash payments,
– Political or other donations,
– Commission,
– Social benefits,
– Gift, hosting,
– Other benefits
Duties and Responsibilities
All People employees are responsible for;
1- Ensuring compliance with established policies of the Senior Managers
2- Effectively managing the risks associated with their business operations.
3- Working in a manner consistent with the relevant legal regulations and the applications of People
4- Informing the Senior Managers about the ethics if they encounter with a conduct, activity or application which are in breach of the Policy
The Companies from/to Which Good and Services are Bought and Sold and Business Partners
The companies from which goods and/or services are bought and to whom goods and services are presented and Business Partners must comply with the Policy principles and other relevant regulations. Relations with persons and institutions failing to abide by these conditions shall be terminated.
Selection of Companies and Business Partners
In addition to criteria such as experience, financial performance and technical sufficiency, Senior Management takes into account morality and a positive background in this field during the selection of the companies from which services are bought and to whom goods and services are sold and the Business Partners.
The companies and the Business Partners which have negative information with regard to bribery or corruption are not collaborated even if they meet other requirements.
Responsibility for making necessary research and evaluation within this scope primarily belongs to senior management.
Bribery & Corruption
People is against all kinds of bribery and corruption. Accepting bribes or bribing can never be accepted under any purpose.
Business relationships with third parties wishing to get business from People through bribery or corruption have to be terminated.
Gifts & Facilitation Payments
– All kinds of gifts offered or given to third persons by People must be offered in public, with good faith and unconditionally. Principles regarding gifts which can be given within this scope and recording thereof have been made written in the People’s Code of Business Ethics under the Policy of “Giving and Accepting Gifts”.
The same principles apply for accepting a gift and no gift must be certainly accepted apart from the symbolic gifts included in these principles, with very low financial value. In addition, even within this scope, gift acceptance must not become frequent and the Human Resource Department and Senior Management have to be informed about the gift by the employee who accept gift through his/her supervisor.
– The persons and institutions within the scope of this Policy must not offer facilitation payments to guarantee or speed up a routine transaction or process (obtaining authorization and license, obtaining a document, etc.) with government agencies.
Correct Data Recording
Issues which People must comply with in relation to accounting and recording system are regulated with legal regulations.
Accordingly;
– All kinds of accounts, invoices and documents belonging to relations with third parties (customers, suppliers, etc.) must be recorded and kept in a complete, accurate and reliable manner.
– Falsification and distortion must not be made on accounting or similar commercial records related to any transaction.
Training & Communication
Our Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy has been announced to employees of People and it can be continuously and easily accessed via training file. Trainings are important instruments for increasing awareness of employees.
Within this scope, Human Resource Department designs training programs together with Senior Management which are compulsory for all employees.
Notification & Policy Breaches
If opinion or suspicion exists that an employee or a person acting on behalf of People is acting in breach of this Policy, the issue must be submitted to the Senior Management. Codes of Business Ethics of People are reminded to employees of People in certain periods.
In cases which are or could be in breach of the Policy, the matter is reviewed by the Senior Management and necessary sanctions are implemented if inappropriate acts are detected.
Introduction
The antitrust laws are designed to insure that business is conducted in an open, competitive atmosphere and that competition is not unreasonably or unfairly restricted. These laws prohibit any agreement, combination, or conspiracy that may result in an unreasonable restraint of trade or an injury to competition. Thus the following types of agreements, whether by the People & Co. or its members, are deemed to constitute anti-competitive behaviour.
Policy
It is the policy of the People & Co. to comply strictly and in all respects with the antitrust laws, locally and internationally. People are required to comply with the antitrust policies according to the laws of the countries they work with. It is also the policy of the People & Co. to educate and encourage its employees to adhere strictly and in all respects to local and international antitrust laws when it’s required.
Violations of these antitrust laws listed below may result in civil or criminal proceedings, or both:
– Agreements to fix service prices, including agreements on the terms and conditions which affect the price of a product or service;
– Agreements to control or limit the production of a service;
– Agreements to engage in a group boycott or a refusal to deal with certain competitors, suppliers, and clients;
– Agreements to allocate or divide markets and/or clients.
People & Co. and its business partners consist of individuals and companies that come together for a common business purpose and must act according to antitrust policies and laws. Senior Managers are responsible for ensuring that all staff are aware of, and adhere to this policy.
